Want to track your order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from Support@Stepply.shop that includes your tracking number. Please note that if you ordered a pre-release product, shipping will commence only after the release date. Depending on the item ordered, this email might take up to 7 business days to arrive. After you get it, simply enter your tracking number below to conveniently check your delivery status.

Tracking updates should be accessible within a few business days. Depending on where it's headed, delivery may take 10 to 15 business days.
